Prices include :
• All utilities (hot and cold water, gas, electricity, eating);
• Use of kitchnette and use of all activities (Tennis courts, fishing in small lake, Jacuzzi);
• Half hour per day Piano practice (Grand Piano Boesendorfer);
• Wine and Olive oil tasting (on Monday, before dinner);
• Live music (one night for week in High season – other periods sometimes);
• Bed and bath linen, table linen, kitchen cloths and cleaning – one time during the week (Tue/Wed) and every mid Saturday on 14 night stays (excluding kitchnette)
N.B.: At the departure leave kitchnette and kitchen utensils cleaned)


Extra services to pay locally:
• Cot for infants: 30,00 € - only if extra to no. of beds in apartment;
• Restaurant / Bar (for Guests only) - All bookable and payable locally Breakfast buffet: 15,00 € per person;
• Dinner: 37,00 € per person;
• Horse riding on request – near La Sovana;
• Tennis courses on request;
• Everything else not included
N.B.: at the arrival will be request deposit for 300,00 €
