7% discount for bookings confirmed before 28/02/2012

5% discount for reservations confirmed 45 days prior to arrival

Prices include:
All utilities (hot and cold water, gas, electricity, eating)
Use of kitchnette and use of all activities (Tennis courts, fishing in small lake, Jacuzzi)
Bed and bath linen, table linen, kitchen cloths and cleaning – one time during the week (Tue/Wed) and every mid Saturday on 14 night stays (excluding kitchnette)
N.B.: At the departure leave kitchnette and kitchen utensils cleaned
Half hour per day Piano practice (Grand Piano Boesendorfer)
Live music (one night for week in D period,– other periods sometimes)
Wine and Olive oil tasting (on Monday, before dinner)
Visit to our our vineyard and to our cellar (with a guide)
