Sustainable tourism is the inspiration behind our philosophy, because we believe that respecting nature is a duty and maintaining a "healthy" environment an act of love.
In order to reduce the CO2 emissions, the hotel constantly monitors the building and the energetic consumptions
We believe that it’s the sum of the small actions we take every day that make a difference, so we started with these!

In Agriturismo La Sovana our guests are encouraged:
- to help save electricity: when leaving the room switch off lights, turn off air-conditioning, and avoid sleep mode for the TV.
- to Help cut HVAC energy: close windows, maintain a reasonable room temperature
- to keep the towels for more days if clean

Ordinary lights are gradually replaced with energy-efficient LED light bulbs,

What we try to do:
- Put labeled recycling bins in common areas
- Purchasing activities analysis and control to reduce waste
-Water conservation awareness messages.
- to serve in our restaurant KM0 goods from local farms, vegetables from our garden
