Eat at La Sovana

Restaurant La Sovana welcomes their guests e in an attractive location with large windows, that look over the Tuscan hills, olive groves and vineyards surrounding the farm. The dining room is cozy and quiet and in the summer time the tables are laid in the shade of the gazebo where you can sit back and be lulled by the gentle breeze, while sipping a glass of wine from Olive- Le Buche Winery.

Traditionally our family dines every evening in the company of their guests offering typical dishes based on high quality products that come mainly from the family orchard, cultivated with care and love. The utmost attention is paid to each dish, the pasta is homemade and all the ingredients are strictly local to make known the true quality of Tuscan gastronomy.

The dining room for fall and spring season is characterized by rusticity and modernity and at the same time: an ideal place for tasting the gourmet dishes. Its warm and homely atmosphere makes our guests feel like at home. From the big windows you can enjoy the vineyards and olives view
In summer season under a starry sky, the quietness of the La Sovana gardens after sunset provide for your dinner a magical, romantic and highly suggestive atmosphere.
